To continue from where I left last time…
When we approached to the host podium, we were told that the main dining room was closed due to a private event, so she guided us to the second dining room which was located in the back of the restaurant which faced the west side of the the city. This was definitely a bonus for us since we got to see the view of the other side of the town while enjoying dinner.
The second dining room was all empty because of the early hour. The whole room had about 20 dining tables with a bar. We were seated next to the window and welcomed by very friendly server. The menu was simple but yet diverse. Our choice of the day was to start with BBQ Scallops and to be followed by Center Cut Fillet and Skuna Bay Salmon with a side of spinach. As soon as we ordered, the server brought assorted bread with hummus, butter and oil/balsamic vinegar.
To tell the conclusion first, the taste of every dish we ordered was exceptional and very original. Each dish had a little hint of oriental spices which added different facet to the traditional and familiar food we’ve known. After the meal, the restaurant served a complimentary chocolate cake for my birthday.
Before heading out, we stopped by the patio area one more time to enjoy the beautiful skyline of Las Vegas Strip. Like we locals say.. There’s always something new in Vegas…
