When you visit Las Vegas, and have some time to spare, there is one place you must visit.
If you drive from Los Angeles via Interstate 15, about 15 miles from the center of Las Vegas, you would have seen the road signage saying “Seven Magic Mountains.” Many people wonder what it is.
Seven Magic Mountains are 30 to 35 foot high, colorful totems made by Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone. It’s very easy to miss, and not usually listed as “Must-See” in many Las Vegas tourist websites. However, it is actually very well-known for people on social media.
Usually on weekdays or very early of the day, you will be able to get to enjoy this with relatively less amount of people. On weekends, this place has lots of traffics so it will be hard to take the perfect Instagram worthy pictures.
This exhibition is available until 2018. So next time, when you are in Las Vegas, don’t forget to get away from the city for a bit and experience the striking contrast of colors!
